Comfortable Stay with Family!

Our family of five enjoyed a cozy stay. The kids loved the pool, even in November! The gym was well-equipped for our early morning workouts. I appreciated the friendly staff and their puzzle in the lobby. Just a tip, bring your own trays for breakfast cleanup!

Central location was a plus. The breakfast deal was good hot and outstanding with hot options, waffles and three types of coffee. Everything was wonderful, though a few employees were absolutely rude. The staff was honest - I would stay again and again.

The King Studio Suite with Whirlpool offered a spacious layout and a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was well-stocked with plenty of fresh options. The bed was average, not particularly cozy, and the service, while decent, did not stand out as really good. Access to nearby restaurants and attractions was easy.

Location and facilities are fairly good compared to the price. Location is 10 minutes walk from the Old town Temecula.

When we booked with Booked.net which had a problem with showing our reservation in the hotel system. The staff there was so impolite with me and my boyfriend. I felt so mad.

I am very pleased with the Hampton Inns. They are comfortable and accomodating to my needs. They are convenient to the places that I travel. I will stay at the Hampton Inns as much as I can. Thank you for the great Hotels.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff was quite rude . It was disappointing to find out that the juice and water dispenser was broken, and I felt ignored when asking for assistance.

Although we stayed 5 nights, we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Each evening when we returned to our room, it was like coming home. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast bar offered a lot of choices, and the staff was very friendly. We will stay here again when we come back to visit family.

It was a magnificent and incredible location for us, near to all the wineries of Temecula and all the GREAT downtown shopping and delicious included breakfast.

Comfortable stay, helpful staff, but pool was freezing and room was noisy.

It was very comfortable, clean, and modern.

The pool did not have a wall to the parking lot :( Was not private... I recommend a cover over the gate next to jacuzzi.

Hotel room was amazing!

Since its wine country I wish there had been wine glasses available in room for use.

When I booked my reservation the checkout time was at 12:00 pm. On the day of my checkout day they change it to 11:00 am without any notice and was informed that they change their new checkout time during the weekend my wife and I was there. Somewhat disappointed !
